Boyles Restaurant is now available exclusively for our in-house guests - a seasonal menu is prepared by our resident Chef each day, however to obtain the finest ingredients we request your meal must be ordered 24 hours prior to arrival. If a menu has not been included with your confirmation letter, the menu of the day may be faxed to you. The menu is prepared as a 3 course Banquet. This includes a pre-dinner aperitif and tea or coffee to finish.

For guests wishing to dine in, Chef Harley prepares a special meal suited to the day. This is offered with a complementary bottle of wine. You would need to order this prior to 5pm.
