
After almost a decade Boyle's Award Winning Restaurant has closed it's doors to the general public and now operates exclusively for in-house guests and private functions.
The Restaurant is unique with it's cosy and romantic ambience and provides candlelit tables for two.
Banquet style menus are prepared in advance so if you are intending to dine in-house and for our Chef to source the best ingredients you will need to make your menu selection 24 hours prior to your arrival by fax +61 (3) 59523926 or call us on +61 (3) 59521228.
Menus are normally sent with your confirmation however should you be booking late these may be faxed or sent via email.

Soup de Jour
The Soup will be a Tom Yum Asian style soup with noodles
Oysters
Freshly Shucked Tasmanian Oysters served Natural or Mornay style with a dash of sweet chilli
THE MAINS (a choice of):
Lamb
Oven Roasted Lamb Rump on a bed of wilted spinach and buttery mash
Fish
A Market selection is made each day
Duck
Grilled Fillet of Duck on a toss of buckwheat noodles with a capsicum Sweet and Sour Sauce
THE SWEETS (a choice of):
Jaffa Crepes
French Crepes infused with Orange and Grand Mariner and drizzled with warm chocolate
Chocolate Pots
Creamy Chocolate served in a pot with crispy wafers and fresh fruit
