House Rules
Welcome to The Castle – Villa by the Sea We are so excited to have you stay with us. To ensure all our guests have a safe and wonderful experience, please take a moment to review our house guidelines.
- Arrival & Departure: Check-in is from 2:30 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. These times allow us to meticulously prepare the villa to our high standards. While we try to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, please check with us in advance as we cannot always guarantee flexibility during busy periods.
- A Fresh Atmosphere: To keep the villa fresh for everyone, we are a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. If evidence of smoking is found indoors, a professional deep-cleaning fee may apply.
- Peace & Quiet: The Castle is a place for relaxation; therefore, parties and large events are not permitted.
- Parking: We provide shared parking for up to 5 vehicles (please refer to the provided diagram). Spaces are first-come, first-served, but additional parking is always available on the street.
- Keys & Accidents: If you happen to lose a key or if something in the villa breaks, please let us know right away. We understand accidents happen, and we appreciate your honesty so we can fix things quickly for the next guest.
- Pets: While we love animals, The Castle is a pet-free property.
- Beach Life: We have provided a dedicated tap and hose for you at the North end of the building to rinse your feet, before heading inside after the beach.
